Does anyone know the green slime cake recipe?

I remember reading and even using the recipe a very long time ago, where you make a typical chocolate cake and cover it in green slime. It was from the Nickelodeon magazine (sometime in the 90's I'm sure) and from what I remember the slime was super sweet, like I had made it from pure sugar and I believe I had to use green food coloring to give it the slime effect. I've tried everywhere but no such luck. Can someone please help me out?
