I had a weird nightmare and i thinks its because ive been misbehaving?

ok so the other night i was dreaming that i couldn't sleep. so in my dream i was staring at the ceiling from my bed when i turned to the left and all of a sudden i hear a loud Baoooong noise like if someone hit a trash can. so raised my left hand and all of sadden it felt like if someone where holding it. i turned around and there was no one. so i grabbed my left hand with my right hand and again it also felt like someone where holding it so i started kicking with my legs hoping that my parents could hear me. and some reason i couldnt yell out thier names. so with my left hand i squished my fingers really hard and tried to hit the wall so someone could hear me. but again it felt like if a really strong force was keeping me from hitting the wall. and the next thing i woke up left turned. but it felt really real even the blanket in that dream felt real.
