I really want to have a HUGE SWEET 17 BIRTHDAY PARTY BADLY but I don't know how my plan will work?

i suggest u invite ALL ur friends like everyone u know...but not random strangers...i dont think u should incorporate the charity thing in this. u could have that as a separate event :)..if u can get katy perry thats great :) and yeah disneyland is cool :)
