You don't have the flu of any kind. You have an infection. You say you are a gastric patient. Do you mean gastric byp? If so, you need to see the Dr. as you probably have an internal infection of some sort they can fix with some antibiotics. In any case, you need to go to the Dr. and they can do a blood test for white cells to confirm or deny infection.
