If I sleep with a 5 lb wieght on my stomach will tht get my stomach more toned?? Not lik body builder but a nice fit healthy look. My stomach rises when I inhale and lowers when I exhale. So when I inhale my stomach is rising and I'm lifting the wieght up with my stomach. And when I exhale it lower than I inhale again and it rises again lowers again etc. So will tht work? Or no?
