What safe service I can use to sent airplane ticket to Ukraine from USA? I used FedEx before, but they do not delivery tickets to that city. So my mom needs to go to another city to FedEx office to get her ticket. I just can not understant why I pay for delivery to her town and then she can not get it. Also she should pay again there, when she pick up her ticket. So I want to find a service which will delivery to her house. Please, advice me! Thank you very much!.
