Should I call my girlfriend?

ok, so here's my situation.... about 2 weeks ago my girlfriend of 9 months moved out because we were having some issues living together but we said we would stay together. A day later she was leaving for a trip to Mexico for a week for thanksgiving. On the day she left, I was having second thoughts on whether I wanted to stay with her. She owed me $200 because I loaned it to her so she could use it to open a bank account. So, i wanted it back, just in case I decided I didn't wanna stay with her any more. This way, I wouldn't be FORCED to talk with her when she got back from her trip (to get my money back). So I asked her to transfer it to me and it turned into a huge arguement (because she needed the money to stay in the account until she got her paycheck because they would close it if she didnt have a balance). So I was kinda cussin at her about it. Anyway, after a week past she came back and neither of us called each other and we haven't spoken since (it's been about 3 weeks). She's the type of girl to have too much pride to be the first one to call. So, my question is, what should I do? Should I call her? Or just keep waiting to see if she does? Because I still want to stay with her. Of course, she still owes me the $200 so I'm gonna have to speak to her EVENTUALLY to get it back (which may be why she's not calling because she usually always does. She probably thinks imma call her eventually). I just don't wanna hit her up and then the first thing we start doing is bickering about money. BUT, I also don't wanna look weak by being the first to call.
