Does anyone know where the interactive graffiti circle has gone?

I stumbled on this project about a month ago. Users could select pixels from within a huge circle and leave a tag. The final result could be viewed as a sped up animation sequence which showed the evolution of this circle and the constant overlaying of new messages and designs. It was fabulous. I'd really like to find it or get hold of a copy. Thanks!
