Anyone else tired of getting screwed-over for doing things the "right" way?

I'm so upset. I've applied for financial aid through fasfa and didn't qualify! I'm trying to do the things the: quote/unquote right-way and I feel penalized. I'm living at home, have a full-time job, no kids and b/c of this I can't get help for school?!??! I don't spend money on myself for clothes or extras and there is no way I can afford tuition! This pisses me off. People who are unmarried and have kids and abusing the system get all the perks!!!! (note: not applying this to everyone OK). Where's my help? My parents can't afford to help me. Does this country NOT want a well-educated society?
