Plz help!!!! emergency!

k ummm. this is embarrasing but i really need to know if im gonna be ok or not. see, i got horney so put plastic wrap, not saran wrap, on a spoon and ya know. like used it as a vibrator. sort of. when i pulled it out it was all bloody and washed it and it was all soapy looking when i pulled it out from under the water. i got creeped and went and got more saran rap and put it under the water. it got all soapy again. now my vag hurts and im being paranoid!!!!! am i gonna be ok or is the soapy looking suff gonna kill/ injure me????!!!!!?! plz help. pleaseee
