It wouldn't hurt to see a doctor. Your blood pressure might be elevated a little too much. Sometimes, if there's not enough humidity in the air, dry conditions will cause a nose bleed. If you're not going to stop picking your nose - then at least trim the nails short so you don't scratch the sensitive membranes & cause them to bleed.
