Who doesn't get in the hall of fame on this ballot?
Lets say Shaq, Tim Duncan, Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash, Allen Iverson, and Dirk all retire the same year. That means they will all be eligible to get in the hall five years later. If you could only pick four who doesn't get in on the first ballot?
