Can I win if i sue for non-disclosure of roof condition on a home purchase 6mo ago?

They listed on the disclosure sheet under Roof, "There was a leak 6mo ago but has been fixed and no problems since" exactly. I had an inspection done on the home not knowing what to look for myself and it just says, "Due to snowfall the condition of the roof is unknown" (there was about 8 inches up there). The roof is leaking in 3 different places right now and upon getting up there it is completely SHOT. The shingles are literally just falling apart. They're curled up in the corners and when it rains bits and pieces of them just wash down the gutters. 2 estimates to fix the "leak" came back as "unable to fix leak. Entire roof replacement needed"
