My ex is going into the army?

we dated for 6 months, and he broke up with me five days ago... we had planned in staying together, but out of nowhere he changed his mind.. We haven't talked at all sine then, and I care about him a lot. He's leaving on the 18th for Fort Knox Kentucky. He does not have my address and I am afraid he might not ever talk to me again. Any advice?
